We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Non-returnable items:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
